Kaz began his career at Longview Solutions Inc., contributing to its growth from a Canadian startup to a global FP&A software leader. He then led the Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations practice at BDO Canada LLP, doubling its size and establishing robust implementation processes. Then, as the leader of BDO Canada's FP&A technology practice, Kaz aligned the firm with Workday Adaptive Planning, Vena Solutions, and Fluence Technologies, elevating it to a Workday Solutions Partner, a Vena Services Partner, and an award-winning Fluence Technologies Services partner.
